We only sell quality products.
The store owner personally supervises all quality control.

🔒 We guarantee:

  • Exchange or return within 14 days, according to Ukrainian law.

  • Possibility to inspect the product before full payment (if partial prepayment was made).

  • Full refund for defective goods purchased online.

  • Partial compensation is possible in case of minor damage — only by agreement with the customer. In this case, the product remains with you, and further returns are not allowed.

  • The following items cannot be returned after use or fitting:

    • underwear;

    • adult products (18+);

    • consumables (lubricants, stationery, etc.);

    • other products according to the laws of Ukraine.

🔄 Exchange / Return

🔁 You can return or exchange an item:

  • Within 14 days of receiving it;

  • If the appearance, integrity, and factory seals (if applicable) are preserved.

📷 If the item is defective:

  • Send photos/videos;

  • Describe the issue;

  • We’ll offer return, exchange or compensation — depending on the case.

💬 Partial compensation is possible if:

  • You are satisfied to keep the item as is;

  • The issue is minor;

  • Further return will not be accepted.

⚠️ Non-returnable items:

  • Products damaged by the customer;

  • Products with broken seals;

  • Used items, especially:

    • underwear;

    • adult goods;

    • opened consumables (lubricants, stationery);

    • other goods according to the laws of Ukraine;

  • Figures missing any part of the set.

❗ Box is part of the product.
Missing or heavily damaged boxes reduce the refund amount.
Please keep the packaging during the warranty period.

📦 Missing components may reduce refund — assessed individually.

🚚 Returns are handled via Nova Poshta


💰 Please note:
Prepayment is not refunded if the buyer returns the product for reasons like “didn’t like it” or similar.
In such cases, the amount is used to cover return shipping costs.

The buyer will pay for the return (if this is not a defect item).

Refunds to the card you specified are made within 1-10 banking days.
