📦 Delivery

We ship orders across Ukraine via Nova Poshta:

  • To a branch — per Nova Poshta rates;

  • Warehouse-to-door (courier) — per Nova Poshta rates;

  • To parcel lockers — per Nova Poshta rates.

Shipping cities:

  • Chernivtsi.

Self-pickup is also available in the city of Chernivtsi (with prepayment).

💡 Important to Know:

  • 📦 Orders over 2000 UAH — free delivery (exception: certain products/products 18+, see product page for details).

  • 🚫 If you refuse a product for reasons not related to quality or damage, return shipping is paid by the customer.
    Non-payment of return shipping may lead to a full prepayment requirement on future orders.

  • 👶 We do not sell or ship to customers under 14 years of age. Parents are responsible for monitoring purchases. If a child pays without permission, a refund may be issued upon request.

  • 📦 Boxes are packaging, not part of the product.
    Minor dents may occur due to long-distance logistics from China.
    If a box is severely damaged — we’ll notify you and reduce the price.
    If the product was sold with and without box options, and you chose “with box” — we’ll compensate the difference if it arrives damaged.

💰 Payment

Available methods:

  • Prepayment at Nova Poshta (with fee);

  • Full payment to a PrivatBank card (no additional fee's).

Rules:

  • Orders with cash-on-delivery are rejected if no prepayment is made within 2 business days.

  • Full-payment orders are cancelled if the money is not received within 2 business days.

📦 Products “In Stock in China”

  • Minimum 50% prepayment is required. Full payment upfront is optional.

  • Remaining 50% is paid upon arrival (if applicable).

  • Some items are available only with 100% prepayment.

  • Orders over 5000 UAH from China require full prepayment only.

  • Prices may change — we’ll confirm before processing.

  • Estimated delivery time from China: 15–20+ days.
