Slight bruising of the product boxes is allowed since we receive the goods directly from China, bypassing the aggressor country (Russia) through a long delivery distance. We will inform you personally if the boxes are heavily creased and we will slightly reduce the price. Boxes are only packaging material and in no way serve as a reason for returning goods.

Be sure to inspect the goods upon receipt at the post office and leave complaints at the Nova Poshta office without receiving the goods if the they damaged it!

Products orders with status "In China stock"

When ordering a product marked “In China stock”, the buyer (client) immediately pays 50% of the cost of the product to the bank card (or 100% if desired). The remaining cost of the goods is paid after receipt by the client (at the post office when receiving). Some products or product categories are sold only with 100% prepayment.

Prices of the products with status “In China stock” may vary. Always check the price additionally or we will inform you about price changes by ourselves when agreeing on the order.

The average estimated delivery time for goods from China is about 25-35+ days. It can be either more or less.

• Products Return/Exchanges within 14 days according to the law of Ukraine;
• Full payment only after checking the product(-s) when purchasing with prepayment;

• If the product has obvious serious defects, damage, etc., then you can issue a return or exchange of the product by providing photos and videos, as well as a description of the problems associated with this product;
• You can receive compensation (% of the cost of the product) if it is possible to restore it, or if you are satisfied with the product as it is, but then the product remains with you and no further return is possible. Immediately find and report any problems associated with the product you purchased;
• If the product was intact and you damaged it, and also did not inspect it at the Nova Poshta postal office when receiving, then a refund is not possible;
• Having a product unboxing video will be in your favor.

Keep the original boxes/packaging of the product, if possible, if they were with the product during the warranty period.

PLEASE keep the original boxes of the figures as they are included in the price of the item.

The absence of certain parts of the product set will be deducted from the refund amount on an individual basis for each product. In the case of figurines, product(-s) cannot be refunded without full complete set.

When purchasing a product through OLX delivery in our store on the OLX website, the product is returned to us if you did not accept it at the post office or simply did not pick it up. The money is automatically returned to you.
